- 2Stage 2: Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type - 4 Papers, 750 Marks)
- 3Stage 3: Oral Test / Interview (100 Marks)
- 4Stage 4: Final Selection based on Total Marks in Main Examination and Oral Test (850 Marks)
- Preliminary Examination: General Studies (175 Questions) + Aptitude & Mental Ability (25 Questions) = 200 Questions, 300 Marks, 3 Hours
- Mains Paper I: Tamil Eligibility Test (SSLC Std, 100 Marks, Qualifying minimum 40%)
- Mains Paper II, III, IV: General Studies Descriptive (250 Marks each, Total 750 Marks)
- Oral Test: 100 Marks
