Selection Process
Recruitment examination stages
- 1Stage 1: Online Preliminary Examination (Objective - 100 Marks, 1 Hour, Sectional Timings)
- 2Stage 2: Online Main Examination (Objective 200 Marks + Descriptive English 25 Marks = 225 Marks, 3 Hours 30 Mins)
- 3Stage 3: Common Interview conducted by Participating Banks (100 Marks)
- 4Stage 4: Final Selection Merit List (Weightage of Main Exam and Interview in 80:20 ratio)
- Prelims: English Language (30Q, 30M, 20 mins), Quantitative Aptitude (35Q, 35M, 20 mins), Reasoning Ability (35Q, 35M, 20 mins) = 100Q, 100M, 60 mins
- Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to that question deducted for wrong answers
- Main Exam: Reasoning & Computer (45Q, 60M, 60 mins), General/Banking Awareness (40Q, 40M, 35 mins), English Language (35Q, 40M, 40 mins), Data Analysis (35Q, 60M, 45 mins) + Descriptive Essay/Letter (2Q, 25M, 30 mins) = 225 Marks
- Interview: 100 Marks (Qualifying marks 40% for General, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
